A Three-Season Tent or A Four-Season Tent?
Sep 5, 2022
The three-season tent is suitable for spring, summer and autumn, and the four-season tent is suitable for spring, summer, autumn and winter. From the name, the difference is whether it can be used in winter. In fact, the season is not the core indicator to distinguish these two types. The difference between them is mainly in the functions they are good at.
The three-season tent is better in ventilation performance. The inner tent is more breathable and less stable, so it is suitable for relatively stable climates in low-altitude areas;
The four-season tent is excellent for stability and warmth in alpine climates. The inner tent is relatively windproof, but because of the pursuit of stability, some air permeability and space will be sacrificed. It is suitable for high altitude or winter outdoor environments.
